SHIPPING: Because all of our products are handmade with care, please allow up to 14 days for your item to ship. You will receive an email notification and tracking number once your item has shipped. All orders over $250 ship free! Rush orders are available for an additional fee. 

RETURNS: We want you to love every item you purchase from our site. Returns are accepted if there is a defect in materials or error to your order. We cannot accept customized orders unless the above conditions have been met. If ever there is a concern, please reach out to us so we can make it right. You are responsible for return shipping to us.
